The Challenge: The Engineering Product Group of a Global Network Storage manufacturer recognized the need for an improved, robust, scalable solution to collect, analyze and report on customer product implementations via a data warehouse. The program was time critical in order to retain and increase competitive advantage in the market place.
Our Role: To identify, develop and manage detailed requirements for on time delivery of the underlying IT architecture and infrastructure for this program.
