The Challenge: Engaged by a private equity Company to shape up one of it’s investment companies it was discovered that things were not in very good shape. There appeared to be a problem in the execution of the sale as the cost often exceeded the selling price and the level and capability of the project management community needed attention.

The Challenge: The Engineering Product Group of a Global Network Storage manufacturer recognized the need for an improved, robust, scalable solution to collect, analyze and report on customer product implementations via a data warehouse. The program was time critical in order to retain and increase competitive advantage in the market place.

Our Role: To identify, develop and manage detailed requirements for on time delivery of the underlying IT architecture and infrastructure for this program. This required program governance, establishment of new working models to improve collaboration, proactive risk/issue management and effective dashboard reporting to the key stakeholders.

Our Role: To directly support the General Manager and subsequent Managing Director of the technology vendor with their mission of delivering a new Patient Administration System to the University College of London Hospitals in time for the planned opening by the Queen.

Our Role: Redefine lifecycle management for Support Renewals and identify key issues within resourcing, forecasting and reporting across the organization and implement "pragmatic" solutions to consistently achieve and exceed targets.

The Challenge: A global smartphone manufacturer was seeking to evolve their product offerings through the introduction of new product offerings and web based services, to improve the competitiveness of their mobile phone products against increasingly fierce competition.

Our Role: To support the launch of a new portal for end-customers to register their smartphones and purchase additional products and services. This included certification of back-end external partners, and negotiating SLA agreements.
